Whole-Person Wellness, Grounded in Research

What sets us apart isn’t just the services we offer—it’s how we deliver them:

We combine decades of experience with an ever-evolving understanding of the body, behavior, and human resilience.

Why We Exist

Healthcare can feel rushed, disconnected, and impersonal. We built Workhouse Wellness to be the opposite. Our work is built on relationship, trust, and results. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a busy parent, or a team leader looking to support your staff, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality care that listens, adapts, and empowers.

A Partner for Individuals & Organizations

While many of our clients are individuals seeking personal health solutions, we also work with companies and leadership teams to bring wellness into the workplace.

Corporate Wellness & Group Programs include:

  • On-site massage and recovery care

  • Virtual or in-person workshops

  • Executive wellness coaching

  • Long-term wellness program planning

We partner with HR leaders, business owners, and remote teams to create culture-shifting wellness strategies that actually work.

Meet Jackie Burrow, Founder

Workhouse Wellness is led by Jackie Burrow, a massage therapist, coach, and wellness consultant with over a decade of experience helping people move through pain and reconnect with their health.

Jackie’s background includes work in clinical environments, sports recovery, holistic nutrition, and trauma-informed care. She founded Workhouse Wellness with a commitment to making high-quality, personalized wellness care more accessible and less intimidating.

We’re Human, Too

We know what it’s like to juggle schedules, push through fatigue, and try to feel "normal" in a world that doesn’t always support wellbeing. That’s why we approach every client with empathy and honesty—and why we only recommend what we’d want for ourselves or our loved ones.

Let’s Start With a Conversation

If you’re curious about our services—whether for yourself or your team—we’d love to talk. We don’t believe in pressure or sales scripts. Just real conversations and real care.
