For me, it’s been a lifelong journey to find my voice and learn how to use it. That’s the heart of why we’re creating this space: a Women's Circle where every woman is encouraged, supported, and heard. A place to feel grounded in connection, wrapped in care, and uplifted in community.

We begin each circle with a guided conversation centered around a monthly theme, such as joy or self-compassion. A central part of our circle is the sound bath, a 30-minute experience that uses therapeutic sound frequencies, such as singing bowls and gongs, to induce a deep sense of relaxation.
