This 60-minute sensory immersion invites participants to rest deeply and reconnect with calm awareness
Mats, pillows, and blankets will be provided so each person can create their own space of comfort.
What to Expect
A brief introduction followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, where the mind is gently lead through layers of relaxation.
As the body settles, Kim performs a therapeutic gong sound bath — a live vibrational performance using gongs, chimes, and crystal bowls.
The frequencies move through the body, helping to quiet the nervous system, release tension, and restore internal balance.
